The negative impact of playing online games for too long is one of the factors that can influence lack of quality sleep. Online gaming is a phenomenon that is currently popular in Indonesia, including among teenagers or school children. This type of quantitative research uses an analytical survey research design and a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study were all students at SMA Negeri 1 Muara Dua Kisam, South Ogan Komering Oku Regency, Classes X and XI in 2024, totaling 258 teenagers with a sample size of 77 teenagers. In this research, the sampling technique used was accidental sampling. Based on statistical tests, it is known that the p-value is <0.05, namely 0.000, which means that there is a relationship between the intensity of playing online games and the quality of sleep among teenagers at SMA Negeri 1 Muara Dua Kisam, South Ogan Komering Oku Regency in 2024. The research results also show that the majority of teenagers have a maximum duration of playing online games of 6-8 hours. This length of time can cause online game addiction in teenagers. Playing for too long can affect a teenager's eye health and disrupt sleep quality. Suggestion: It is hoped that the results of this research can be used as health information for respondents regarding the relationship between the intensity of playing online games and the quality of sleep in teenagers, so that it is hoped that respondents can make a good game playing schedule, and if necessary reduce playing online games.
Putri LarantikaSujiahGustop Amatiria

However, the ability of hemodialysis patients to manage themselves is still not optimal because some patients are less compliant with treatment and lack self-confidence. This condition can affect their ability to adapt to stressful situations, so resilience becomes an important aspect in facing these challenges. Method: This research uses quantitative methods with a correlational design and a cross sectional approach. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The number of sample in this research was 82 people using a total sampling technique. Data were processed statistically using the Gamma test. Result: based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the majority of respondents were female (58,5%), with the average age of respondents being 51,60 years old, the average length of time respondents underwent hemodialysis was 18,13 months, and the majority of respondents had graduated from elementary school (40,2%). The research result also showed that the most self management behavior were those with good self management behavior (70,7%), the respondents with the most self efficacy were those with good self efficacy (81,7%), and the respondents with the most resilience were those with good resilience (81,7%). Conclusion: there is a significant relationship between relationship between self management behavior and self efficacy and the resilience of hemodialysis patients at RSI Sultan Agung Semarang (p value<0,05 and r values 0,595 and 0,803).
Arum Zahrotul NiswahDwi Retno SulistyaningsihRetno Setyawati

Hemorrhagic stroke is a condition when brain’s blood vessels rupture and causes brain’s bleeding. This occurrence generates less blood supply to the brain which would drive cell death. Nicardipine is a CCB (Calcium Channel Blocker) antihypertensive drug that is used as a first-line intravenous drug to control hypertension in acute stroke patients when oral antihypertensive drugs are ineffective. This study aims at determining the effectiveness of nicardipine to reduce blood pressure in hemorrhagic stroke patients at Dr. Iskak Tulungagung Hospital. The current research adopted quantitative study by using a pre experiment design one group pre test-post test. The data was analyzed by using the Paired-Sample T Test through SPSS version 25 to determine the differences in blood pressure reduction. The current research is a retrospective study because the researcher identified Health Medical Record (Rekam Medik Kesehatan, RMK) data of 68 hemorrhagic stroke patients at Dr. Iskak Tulungagung Hospital from January - December 2020 period. The majority of the 62 (91%) patients as given medical therapy with nicardipin (0.5mcg/kgBB/minute) iv drips. The result shows that 66 patients (97%) are in the good condition when they have been discharged from the hospital. The study revealed a decrease in systole and diastole blood pressure in hemorrhagic stroke patients. The patient who was given nicardipine therapy at 0.5 mcg/kg/minute obtained systole p=0.000 and diastole p=0.000. Moreover, the patient who was threatened with nicardipine 1 mcg/kg/minute gathered systole p=0.000 and diastole p=0.008 with p<a (0.05). The outcome indicated that nicardipine effectively reduces blood pressure in hemorrhagic stroke patients in Dr. Iskak Tulungagung Hospital.

Dimas Setyadi PutraAghnia Fuadatul InayahWella KumalasariDimas Setyadi Putra
